The Department of Tourism of the city of Almaty announced the recruitment for free training and professional development of all existing guides, guides, instructors of tourism of the city of Almaty.
The training will take place at the end of August this year. The number of places is limited.
The thematic training plan will include: the study of foreign experience in regulating the activities of guides, guides, instructors, the needs of a modern tourist and his requirements for excursions, effective intercommunication during the tour, the necessary knowledge and skills of the guide.
