The whole kitchen of the restaurant is based around the stove - a two-ton morello forni specially brought from Italy, hand-painted and inscribed in the interior. Specially designed temperature mode allows dishes to simmer, boil and bake. The stove works on both electricity and wood, so dishes can have a different taste and aroma.
