Museum of archeology
In Kazakhstan people appeared about a million years ago, as evidenced by numerous finds of Paleolithic tools found on the northern and southern slopes of the Greater and Lesser Karatau ridge. High level of civilization reached Kazakhstan in the Bronze Age — settlements, burial grounds, ore development, cave paintings are found everywhere in the country. Better than the others studied the monuments of Central Kazakhstan: Atasu settlement and Myrzhyk, burial Aksu Ayuly, Begazy, Dandybay. Of particular interest are the rock carvings Semirechye, Central and Eastern Kazakhstan.

The centerpiece of the museum occupies the «Golden Warrior» from Issyk barrow, which has become a unique discovery Kazakh archaeologists. Kurgan Issyk gave scientists a rare opportunity to study the Kazakh original history of our ancestors — Saks, who lived in the V-IV centuries BC. e.
